Up/Downgrades ( BONT, CPB, CRZO, GTIV, KBR, KVHI, IRE, CIM, CPB, IM, LFT )

Upgrades:
Bon-Ton Stores (NASDAQ:BONT) was upgraded to Buy at CRT Capital.
Campbell Soup (NYSE:CPB) was upgraded to Neutral from Underperform at Credit Suisse. Campbell Soup stock is trading higher in today’s pre-market action.
Carrizo Oil & Gas (NASDAQ:CRZO) was upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at Wells Fargo. Carrizo Oil & Gas is trading higher in pre-market action.
Gentiva Health Svcs (NASDAQ:GTIV) was upgraded to Market Perform from Underperform at FBR Capital; FBR also raised its target to $25 from $23. The Firm notes the company continues to be challenged by higher gas prices, face-to-face encounter requirements, and therapy documentation changes. However, at the current level, they view shares as no longer in danger of underperforming the broader home health/hospice group.
KBR Inc. (NYSE:KBR) is gapping higher this morning as the company was added to Goldman Sachs Conviction Buy List.
KVH Industries (NASDAQ:KVHI) was upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Merriman. KVH Industry stock was trading flat in today’s pre-market.
Downgrades:
Bank of Ireland (NYSE:IRE) was placed on possible downgrade watch by Moody's investor services as the long-term and short-term debt are a concern for the financial institution.
Chimera Investment (NYSE:CIM) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Jefferies. Jeffries also cut its target to $3.80 from $4.50.
Campbell Soup (NYSE:CPB) was downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan.
Ingram Micro (NYSE:IM) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Goldman Sachs. Ingram Micro is trading lower in pre-market action.
Longtop Financial (NYSE:LFT) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at BMO Capital Markets. The downgrade is in response to yesterday's disclosure of the auditor and CFO departure and an SEC investigation.
Research In Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) was downgraded this morning to Hold at Wunderlich; the research firm also lowered its target to $46 from $76, stating that there is no longer an expectation for Research in Motion to participate
in the mainstream of smartphone growth and expect an earnings decrease.

New Ratings ( TMS, ZIP, NABI, SUG, ARCO, SUN, MSI, LOGM ) 
Research Firms Initiate:
TMS International (NYSE:TMS) was initiated with an Overweight rating at JPMorgan.
Zipcar (NASDAQ:ZIP) is very active today, as multiple research firms initiated coverage. Goldman Sachs for example started its coverage with a Neutral Rating, while Oppenheimer initiated Zipcar with an Outperform. JPMorgan was more in line with Goldman with another Neutral rating as they start coverage for the stock.
Oppenheimer placed a price target of $30 on Zipcar saying that the company is well positioned to leverage the "network effect" to grow revenues by 27% and EBITDA by 61% annually through 2018.
NABI Biopharma (NASDAQ:NABI) was initiated with an Outperform rating at at Leerink Swann.
Southern Union (NYSE:SUG) was initiated with a Buy rating at Jefferies, also placing a target of $33.50.
Arcos Dorados (NYSE:ARCO) was initiated with a Buy rating at Citigroup. Citi placed a target of $29.
Sonoco Products (NYSE:SUN) was initiated with a Hold at Jefferies and a price target of $38.
Motorola Solutions (NYSE:MSI) was initiated with a Buy at Goldman with a price target of $57.
LogMeIn (NASDAQ:LOGM) was initiated with an Outperform rating at Morgan Keegan; the firm placed a target of $60. Firm notes a strong driver for new subscriber growth and revenue. They feel monetization of existing customer base presents a large future growth opportunity.
